Please Help Stop the Brutal Persecution of Falun Gong in China

Before the Crackdown:

1992: Falun Gong is introduced to the public in Mainland China.
Falun Gong receives tremendous support from the government for easing the financial burden of the nation’s health care system

After the Crackdown

July 20th, 1999, Chinese president Jiang Zemin orders the arrest of Falun Gong organizers, and the confiscation and destruction of all Falun Gong books and materials
July 22nd, 1999: Jiang Zemin declares, unconstitutionally, that the practice of Falun Gong is illegal.
Any practitioners who go to the government appeals office to discuss the ban are immediately arrested.
100,000 arrested and sentenced without trial to forced labor.
At least 1024 confirmed killed (inside sources places number at over 7000).
Thousands sent to mental hospitals and forcibly injected with drugs.
100,000,000 living in constant fear.
Families broken up, people evicted from homes, expelled from schools, fired from jobs.
Total number of people adversely affected greater than the population of the U.S.

The Chinese government’s state–owned media has run a campaign of constant propaganda to justify this inhuman persecution. Many Chinese believe that Falun Gong is illegal in all countries -- Someone needs to tell them the truth.
